Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase. - Non-Returnable Items
Customized photo frames & edited photos (due to personalization).
Gift cards & digital products (such as downloadable content). - Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 4 days. - Late or Missing Refunds
