Warranty: Cameras and accessories come with a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Keep your purchase receipt for claims.
Returns: Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized photo frames and edited photos cannot be refunded or returned.
4. Photography & Editing Services
Edited photos are delivered within 15 business days after confirmation.
Customers must review and confirm proofs within 15 days; otherwise, the final version will be processed as-is.
5. Photo Rights & Privacy
Customers retain ownership of their photos.
Karamchand studio may request permission to use select photos for promotional purposes.
Customer data is only used for fulfilling services and communication.
6. Payment & Pricing
Payments must be completed before delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Liability & Policy Updates
Karamchand studio is not responsible for product defects beyond the manufacturer’s warranty or service delays due to unforeseen issues.
